Artists like Rick James, Cameo, EWF and Prince, started this genre of music. Today, new emerging artists like Trombone Shorty, Everlast, Papa Grows Funk and Doctorfunk lead the Funk-Rock genre. Today's young artists and fans are finding out what people who grew up in the 70's and 80's already know, that if you want to Party Hardy, Funk-Rock music will satisfy your soul! Andromeda's musicians ages range from 27 to Vintage players that grew up with this music, enjoyed by an audience of age 25 to 50 Who like to dance and party! GENERAL ADMISSION SHOW: We will play songs chosen for their appeal to all ages and all musical tastes. In this show its less about dancing and more about being entertained by hearing your favorite songs. Country, Classic Rock, Disco, Oldies. Songs that take you back to the time you first heard the them. These songs are enjoyed by audiences at Festivals, Carnivals, Trade Shows, Charity Fundraisers and Corporate events. PRIVATE EVENTS: You choose the songs! It's your Wedding. The song that was playing when you had your first date or any song that's special to you. It's your Anniversary so add some songs from 20, 30, even 50 years ago that turn back the hands of time. It's your Birthday so choose the songs you want to party to. No matter what the special event is, look over the "Private Events Song List" and pick the songs that have special meaning for you. Usually about 30 songs are played so pick your favorites.
